My experience with the dealership was outstanding! I got my oil changed, tires rotated and I asked to have my drop in mpg looked at and the team came up with a mouse nest in the air box and filter clogged. Changed the filter and removed the nest and voila! I got a 7 mpg gain! Thank you Krystal and mechanics! You're the best!

The quote they sent me on my phone was for half the amount of the total charge because it didnt include everything. It would have been nice to get the full quote. The point inspection shows that the transmission and power steering were inspected. Not sure why those fluids could not have been checked. No new paper floor mat was put down on the drivers side mat when they drove the car. They were hanging right there by the counters. I had an old one in my car that I kept to try and keep my mat clean and it was just pushed up against the corner. It would have been a nice gesture to have a new one placed or at least have the old one used in its correct place. The first lady that checked me in because Crystal was on the phone was extremely nice and friendly. I failed to get her name.
