Sales people need more training on the differences between models before working with customers on their own. No fault to the salesperson.

Great experience! I really don’t know much how vehicles and or what is needed. Marcus recommends what is best, but doesn’t get pushy or try to get you to buy or service things that don’t need it. I feel like it is all honesty and what’s best for me.

It was easy to book online, check in was fast and pleasant, and my car was washed!

Got my first oil change on my new Equinox. They did a nice job of going over some other random questions I had on my vehicle.

They’re always accommodating, personable, and thoughtful; and they’re always friendly and willing to help me in any way they can. They never make me feel stupid for having to ask something be explained in a different way if I’m confused.

Staff was friendly and professional. Service was excellent.

The team did great with my service and getting me a new tire immediately. My only comments are $150 seems high for an oil change and rotation. Also, I've had this new truck serviced twice there and was promised a car wash and didn't get one. Not that that is a huge deal, but if you're not going to do it ever, don't promise it.
